Adventure On with Cub Scout Pack 3228!
Serving Families in and around Rockford, MI
Scouting teaches youth to confront any challenge with whole hearts and clear minds—to live their lives without regret, to never back down, and to do their very best! Starting from a Scout’s first meeting, Scouts learn a variety of skills that prepare them to confront challenges through their lives and that are useful in daily life.
Our pack is a family-centric, parent-run community. All youth in grades K-12 are welcome!
Where We Meet
Bostwick Lake Congregational Church (Across from Lakes Elementary)
7989 Belding Rd NE
Rockford, MI 49341
When We Meet
- Mondays from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
- Occasional weekend family events!
- Note: If there is no school, there is no meeting.
How Cub Scouting Works
Cub Scouts is for elementary-aged boys and girls (Kindergarten through 5th grade). Your child can enter Scouts at any time—they do not need to start at the beginning! (For example, a 3rd grader automatically enters as a Bear.)
Den Meetings (Twice a Month)
Dens are small, grade-specific groups. Cubs and their grown-ups meet to work on fun adventures and earn awards toward their rank.
Pack Meetings (Once a Month)
This is when we meet as a whole group—families included!
We play games, host special guests, go on outings, and hold our award ceremonies.
Pack Events (Weekends)
Extra activities built for our kids, ranging from the classic Pinewood Derby and family campouts to community service projects and family fun nights.
